Dear Patients, family and friends of Cascade.

We hope that everyone has been safe and healthy through these challenging times.  We appreciate your patience and are looking forward to gradually opening our office again over the next couple of weeks. Throughout this Covid-19 pandemic our office has been collaborating with the leaders in the dental association to formulate evidence based guidelines for a safe restart for dental offices.  These protocols will continue to be updated as new information is brought forward.  We would like to give you the reassurance that every measure will be taken to ensure the safety of your visit.

At this moment we can say that the upcoming reopening will be a “soft” opening.  We ask for your continued patience as this will mean many of the appointments previously booked will still need to be rescheduled.  Providing quality dental care in the safest manner is of utmost importance to us.  This will mean changes in the office dynamics that will affect our efficiency during the initial phase.

These changes currently include:
– A limit on the number of staff and patients in the office to maintain social distance.
– All staff will be wearing new personal protective equipment to protect you and ourselves.
– We will be taking more time between patients to fully sterilize the rooms.
– All appointments will be booked with a few Covid-19 prescreening questions and patients will be given a safety protocol to follow.

We are grateful to our patients and this time away has made us appreciate your next visit even more.  Your trust in us will be our continued priority in this transition phase.  We ask for your understanding as we will do everything we can to make your appointment as smooth as possible.
