Cascade Dental Centre has a vital and growing interest in providing the care that ageing baby boomers need to keep their smile and chewing ability intact as they begin to retire and age gracefully both in their own homes and in over 55 residential living.

We are experts in assessing whether our patients need relatively easy and less expensive fixes or whether decisions need to be made about their future with an intact dentition. Above all we need to continue to see our ageing patients on a regular basis whether they have dental insurance or not.  Generally the care that seniors need is more urgent for routine care and less a necessity for all out expensive “fixes”.  Root decay and problem gum situations are best handled with our routine care.

At Cascade Dental we have noticed that our senior care practise is on the upswing and we have honed our approach to make the appointments and needs of our seniors a priority. Lots of patients who are in the baby boom generation are searching for a dental office that doesn’t hit them with expensive and over the top solutions that they don’t feel is a necessity.  What we offer?  Communication and options!  Best of all we don’t proceed with anything until the decisions are made that are agreed upon by our patients and/or their caregivers for those in more compromised care situations.
